In the property management business, I have found it extremely difficult over the years to find a company to provide a full range of landscaping services that live up to high standards, but Royal Landscaping has met and exceeded those standards.
Throughout the years, Royal Landscaping has serviced several of my communities and their attention to detail in the planning, execution, and follow-up is commendable. For instance, they recently took over one of my properties in which the landscaping was in distress due to the harsh winter weather, and in just 4 months they have turned the landscaping around and the community is beautiful again!

Subject: Irrigation System

My dear I want to thank you so much for getting the irrigation fellows here to check out the sprinkler cycle for my system. As I stated to you it would water the regularly scheduled days (Wed & Sat) then come on again later in the same day for a second watering. It turned out to be a matter of settings so they didn’t have to dig up the yard again thankfully. However, I can not check it out until Saturday when the watering day will switch on again automatically and run the full cycle. Will cross my fingers and hope all is now well.
I also want to convey my pleasure with the beautiful paver patio that Charlie and his crew installed for me. He is a remarkable fellow and a hard worker. It really finishes off the back yard landscaping nicely. Please give him my congratulations for a job well done!!
I will be installing a flower/plant bed around the edges of the patio soon. The patio gets sun most of the day since it is in the middle of the yard joining my house. The back yard faces north and I want to put in a few shrubs and flowers that will survive winter temps. Can you have someone send me suggestions on plants (low growing) that will be suitable for this sight? I want rather low growing plants to enjoy but not close in the patio area with tall plants as this would obstruct the overall view of back yard.

OH Andrea! By the way, my builder (who recently finished building my Florida room addition) came over on another matter and liked the patio addition. George asked me who I used and was pleased with the job. I believe he is in the market for a reliable company to install for him on his building projects.
Will be looking for your plant suggestions for my border bed around patio. Once I have this info, I can visit your nursery again to make my selection. Many thanks!!

I just wanted you both to know what wonderful employees you have. Initially Jerry came out to give our community a proposal to add plantings to create a more formal area around the crepe mertyls Royal planted last fall. His professionalism was exceptional and he took the time to answer all my questions and offer suggestions how to achieve the look I wanted.
On installation day, your crews were extremely professional. Everyone knew their job and did it accordingly. They did not mind my being there to observe and completed their job as promised. I might add it was an oppressively hot day in July. I comment all of them for their expertise and desire to complete the install to my expectations. It was a long day. I give all the guys credit for working in that heat!
Jerry was there to get everyone started and only a phone call away if a question arose. He dropped by during the day to check on the progress as well as checking by phone.
ALL of these employees knew their respective jobs and what was expected of them. They all worked well together. We had a lot going on that day and all was completed in a timely manner.
I wanted to write to you as I am sure you receive many complaints when people are unhappy but do not always hear from the pleased customers. I feel it is important to let you both know how fortunate you are to have such great employees. These men are certainly an asset to Royal Landscape.
Please relay my appreciation to all who worked that day for a job well done. To jerry and the guys,
